Returns - Items must be returned to KlassyChique Boutique with 7 days of customer receiving the merchandise. Items that are eligible will receive a store credit, absolutely no refund.
Store Credit Requirements -Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached. KLASSYCHIQUE reserve the right to deny store credit on merchandise returned that does not meet the requirements. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send merchandise back KLASSYCHIQUE. This cost is none refundable. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Exchanges - At KLASSYCHIQUE we are constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. As such ,we do not perform exchanges on any merchandise.
Processing Time- Upon receipt of your package, please allow 2 to 3 business days to process return. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed
