Shipping-We use USPS Priority mail to ship merchandise. Items ship out 24-48 hours after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Tracking information will be emailed to customers.

Lost/Stolen Merchandise- KLASSYCHIQUE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
